Instant Injury~Trama~Damage~Pain Release

Here is a taste…….Try this release and see how you feel.....

First, think of all of the times in your life when you have experienced emotional or physical injury, trauma, damage and pain emotionally and physically. (Just let the little video play quickly in your mind.)  Now use the script below to release and clear it all from your cell memory and DNA.

Script For Releasing Trauma
I am now defragmenting  and releasing all of the emotional and physical negative energy, emotions and feelings, from the injury, the damage, the trauma and the pain from all of these events, completely and permanently from me and anyone else that was involved.  I am sending all of these negative energies, feelings and emotions to the violet flame (Savior) forevermore.  I am re-wiring, organizing, and integrating my brain, reversing all damage and healing all associated traumas. Thank you God, it is done!

This is like having a garden full of weeds.  Once you recognize your emotional weeds and pull them by the root, the holes, (the scars) can heal!  I use this continuously on anything and everything negative in my life current or past.  Every time you remember something different just release it the same way.  Pretty soon you only have an inner garden full of beautiful plants and flowers.  I can’t express the joy I feel as I continuously keep my garden weeded!

Now feel love from the Heavens fill in all of the holes and heal the scars.  Most people feel light, like burdens have lifted and many are crying because they feel relief. 

I wish you Peace and a knowing of how powerful you are and that you don’t have to rely on anyone else for your Peace, Joy and Happiness!

One Last Very Important Key To Instant Emotional Releases!

For instant emotional releases, it is VERYimportant that you send negative energy somewhere to be transformed into positive.  If not, it can come back to you or seriously affect another.  Below are 2 ways that are very affective for me in this instant transformation.

For Christians, you can use “The Savior" if desired for instant releases. Visuals really help me, so I picture all of my negative thoughts or feelings that I am releasing forming a ball and I place that in The Saviors hands.  Then I see him blow on it and it changes to little flakes of love flowing back to me.  I also use the Violet Flame listed below.  According to your belief system either of them can help release negative energy stored in your cell memory and DNA.  

                                                    
The Violet Flame

Violet has the highest frequency.

Amethyst gemstones and the colors purple and violet have been treasured down the ages and used for healing.
 
Its high vibration penetrates our nervous system, our heart, our entire physical body and psyche, going to the cause and core of disease or psychological/emotional problems, helping the healing process. It dissolves our negative thoughts and feelings on contact, turning them into positive and harmonious ones. It's great for helping with relationship issues too.

Simply put, the Violet flame takes all of the negative energy out of the cell memory, the DNA, and your entire body and being, and instantly changes the negative to positive, putting it back into our bodies as positive energy.

Sometimes I use both!  I usually send my fear and negative thoughts, feelings and emotions to The Savior.  I will also picture a little suction cup from the Violet Flame suck up my physical Stress, Tension, Pain, Inflammation, Excess Mucus etc. I actually feel the release when I do this.  After either release I say “I LOVE how well-being is ALWAYS flowing through me!”

Remember ALWAYS do what feels right to you because your feelings are your inner guidance system or GPS to help you here on earth.  I am simply sharing what works for me.  ALWAYS honor you in all you do and have tons of FUN using the power of your thoughts to choose LOVE and make your life better and better every day!

One More Trick To Help Keep Emotional Releases Done

So how are you doing?  Are you able to focus more on Love instead of fear?  There’s one more thing that really helps me to keep the releases done. 

Picture a garden…is it full of beautiful flowers and vegetables or are there weeds everywhere?  These all represent your thoughts.  So one day you decide to get all of the weeds out of your garden and you start pulling them by the roots.  When you do, the weed will die.  If you break off branch by branch the plant will still be there and grow so you have to go for the root. How to do that is included in the Instant Emotional Releases which I will be giving you a taste of.

Also, another thing to remember is even though you pull the weed and it dies, your thoughts (seeds) can plant new weeds.  We all have our inner gardens.  I love knowing how to instantly release and get rid of my weeds so my inner garden is now full of beautiful flowers and vegetables.  That’s also where the law of attraction and focus comes in.  If you weed your garden and no more weed seeds are planted, it is only full of the beautiful plants that you desire.

The Trick To Keep Releasing Done!

Before I walk you through an instant emotional release, I wanted to share with you the trick to keeping it done!  How many of you have had people emotionally help you, and paid some of them tons of money to help you and you keep coming back to the same issue over and over?  
 
Enough!!!!!!  It Is Time For YOUR Empowerment!  It's all about Focus!  You get what you think about whether you want it or not!  
 
Check out the chart below and see which side your thoughts are on and see if it matches what is going on in your life.
 
For me, the LOVE side is when I am connected to God/Source/The Universe......whichever you use is perfect!  For me it is God.  So when I am feeling the feelings on the love side, I am happy, connected, having fun and truly enjoying a beautiful life.  
 
Whenever I go into FEAR I am simply choosing to pinch myself off from the unconditional love of God.  I believe that I am never alone and that My feelings are My inner guidance system while here on earth.  I know that unconditional love and blessings are coming to me continuously, it is only when I choose to pinch myself off from Love/God that I can't feel good or receive what I truly desire.  
 
So EVERYTHING is about the focus of my thoughts!!!  Do I choose LOVE or FEAR?

Law Of Attraction - The Self-Empowerment Key To Everything You Want!

The Law Of Attraction

The first miracle that came to me to help me overcome my depression, was when a friend suggested that I watch the movie, “The Secret.” This started me on my path of energy healing and realizing that my depressing thoughts created my reality and that I didn't need anyone else to help me!!!  I realized that I was the one in charge of writing my life story, and that I was the only one that could change my destiny through my thoughts.  I realized that the worry, the fear, the guilt, the lack and every other reason that I suffered from depression originated with my thoughts. Learning about the Law of Attraction helped me to understand that whatever words or thoughts I put out I will always get back, just like a boomerang.  So if I worry, I will get more to worry about.  If I am afraid, I will create more to fear.  If I'm happy, I will create more joy. If I'm grateful, I create more to appreciate. I have learned that Gratitude and staying grounded is essential in my health, peace and happiness and feels so much better!!!

Try it~~~~see if what you are thinking keeps showing up in your life good or bad.

Quick example~~~My Dear Friend lost her only living son, her other son had passed away several years ago.  She was in very deep sorrow and I knew she was not in a good place at all.  She felt like she had no one, although she has tons of friends.  I asked her to try being grateful for everything she could see, like the blue sky and sunshine, her home, her bed, the hangings on her wall etc.  The next day, her 20 year old grandson that she had just learned about before his father died came to her shop and had her cut his hair.  It was such a gift to her and it came so quickly!  So with the law of attraction we can change hard things around easily and quickly if we change our focus to
WHAT WE DO Want!!!!!

Is your New Years resolution Fat loss?  I am going to post ideas to help you with your success!  

Mind set is the biggest key to your success!  Soooooo, remember in some of the previous posts I have talked about the Law of Attraction?  Let this Love and Fear chart be your new stick up on your fridge.

So FEAR is why we are holding onto fat.  If we are focusing on any of the feelings on the FEAR side that is ALWAYS what we will get more of!!!  Sucks huh, but an absolute fact!

Just like learning to control our hand while learning to write it is essential for us to learn to control our mind.  If we have a feeling of fear, we need to quickly choose differently and focus on feelings of LOVE and appreciation.  It helps me feel good instantly!!!!!

Remember you get more of what you think about so practice with this and love yourself, your fat, everything about yourself!  Be gentle and easy with yourself and find every reason to HAVE FUN in whatever you are doing.
